Update Email Settings

How can I change my email notifications?

NextRequest sends you an email notification each time an update is made to a request that you are assigned to. By default, notifications for all events on requests assigned to you are turned on. Depending on the number of requests you are assigned to this can add up to a lot of notifications. We recommend disabling the notifications that don't provide information that you need to act on immediately. You can view less urgent updates in the daily digest which lists all changes made in the previous 24 hours to requests that you are assigned to. Admins can edit email settings for all users.

 

Steps for updating email settings

  1. Click SETTINGS in the upper right hand corner. On the All Requests and Documents page this will be located under My Settings:

  2. In the middle of the page is a list of all possible notifications. You can select/deselect all notifications by clicking the All box at the top of the list as well as select/deselect each notification option individually. All emails except two (the last two options that are circled) are real-time notifications, as an action is taken on the request you're assigned to it will send you an email. The bottom two options are summary emails that get sent once a day:

  3. Once you make your selections click Save at the bottom of the page
