Request description:
The request description is the information the requester or staff person input on the Make Request page when they submitted the request.

Dates:
Dates include when the request was received, the due date, anticipated fulfillment date and expiration date. Anticipated fulfillment date is an optional field, expiration date appears after a request is closed if the Retention module is turned on.

Requester information:
Requester information includes any contact information provided by the requester as well as email delivery status for emails sent to the requester (when an email is provided).

Action Menu:
The action menu is where you can launch different actions on a request such as sending an internal or external message, uploading a document, making a note, tracking staff time, closing a request, printing, etc. Hover over each icon in the application to see what they do.

Timeline:
The timeline is the audit trail of every action taken on a request in chronological order.

Documents:
The documents section will show you all documents uploaded to the request by staff or requesters. On the new page you can select more than one document to make changes.

Staff:
The staff section tells you which staff are currently assigned as the point of contact or support staff. It also includes Department assignments on the new page.

Tasks:
Tasks are used to track specific actions assigned to specific staff members. On the new request page we expanded the tasks panel to support customers who use tasks extensively. Creating a task is now located in the action menu.

Tags:
Tags are used to codify requests for example, they can be categories, priority, type of requester group, etc; it depends on how your agency uses tags. Tags can be used to filter the All Requests page and appear in reports.

Launch RapidReview:
RapidReview is a bulk redaction and extraction tool. Before you open RapidReview make sure you have uploaded a document to the request with Staff only visibility.

Invoices, Staff Time and Staff Cost:
If you have the Payments module you will see a new section for invoices on the new page along with a consolidated panel for staff time and cost.

Custom Fields:
Custom fields can be added to the Make Request page to capture additional information from the requester. This is exclusively available on the new request page and does not appear on the legacy page. Please note these are custom so your portal may or may not use custom fields at this time.
