Reports Tab (Admins + Dept Amins only)

Admins can create and run reports about invoices/payments, time tracking, and template use - all under the Reports tab at the top right corner of your portal. You can create a report that covers all-time or select custom dates. These reports will help your agency do high-level analysis of users' time spent in the portal and your public records request process in general.
