Release (July 6, 2020) - New All Requests Page

NextRequest’s first July release is to bring the all-new All Requests page to all of our customers.

This page will help improve the performance and reliability of the application for everyone, and reduce the incidence of heavy querying of the All Requests page causing slowdowns for other users on your portals.

Our goal with this page is to continue to facilitate people finding the information they need as efficiently as possible.

To that end we have made some changes

Header & Footer

This section is similar to what we added when we enhanced our All Documents page. In addition, you can now minimize the header & footer, giving you more screen space for viewing results:

Filter Sidebar

Again, this is similar to the component we introduced on the All Documents page. Like on the All Docs page, it can be minimized to give you more space for browsing results.

We have enhanced the Saved Views, turning them into a dropdown so they don’t take up as much space:

Date Range Pickers operate as on the All Documents page, first you click to expand the calendar, then select the start and end dates of the range you’d like to filter:

Many of our Multiselect fields now operate as search, so you no longer have to scroll through to find what you’re looking for. These fields will automatically begin searching after you type in three characters:

Like with the All Docs page, you must click the Apply Filter button to find results.

Result Panel

You can now customize which Columns to show on the fly so you are only looking at the information relevant to your search:

As you scroll across, the request number column stays put, helping you know which result corresponds with which request.

To visit a specific request, simply click on the request number.
