Once a request is closed a few things happen automatically. The due date is no longer editable, the status updates to Closed, and you can no longer redact documents on the request. Sometimes you may need to re-open a request after closure, for example the requester clarified their request and you need to provide additional documents that might need redaction.
How to reopen a closed request:
- Go to the closed request
- Click on the Folder icon in the action bar:
- Click to confirm reopening the request
- If needed you may want to edit the Due Date of the request by clicking on the Pencil icon next to the due date
