Step by step instructions for removing draft redactions in RapidReview
In RapidReview you can apply draft redactions to documents, however after review these redactions may need to be removed. As long as the redactions have not been burned in you can follow the steps below to remove them.
Note: This is for draft redactions only. If the redactions have been finalized/burned in you cannot remove them and will need to start over with the original file.
How to delete draft redactions:
- In RapidReview click on the document card that has draft redactions applied
- In the right hand side in the document viewer click on the redaction mark you wish to delete, a redaction mark is selected when it has two blue dots in opposing corners
- Hit the Delete key on your keyboard, or click on the Trash Can icon in the Redaction reason menu to delete the redaction:
Tip: You can select multiple redactions by holding Control (Ctrl) on your keyboard while clicking on the redaction marks.
